In compliance with the CASE guidelines, please take note of the following: Our lecturer ratio's is 1:20(Maximum) for all courses:
We have one classroom of size 36sq-m capable of holding 20 students. We have two fulltime trainers and three
part time trainers.
Students should refer to individual courses for details of the fees payable
Service Guarantee
AdVance shall ensure that all courses are completed and guarantees that all course fees shall be refunded in the unlikely event of course been abandoned or cancelled

:: Student Protection Scheme
In September 2005 AdVance Supply Chain Training Centre introduced the Consumer Association of Singapore-endorsed Student Protection Scheme and has opted for the Escrow Account with DBS Bank. All students now have an option of depositing the money in this Escrow Account.
:: Standard Student Contract
AdVance Supply Chain Training Centre requires that all students must sign the CASE standard student contract. Download (Sample standard student contract.doc )

Grievance/Complaint Policy
At Advance Supply Chain Training Centre we believe that feedback is an important part of our efforts to continually improve our products, delivery, administration and service quality.
The complaint/feedback/grievance policy of AdVance is as follows:.
1. The Programme Manager shall be responsible for handling all the complaints made by the students. He shall also ensure that the records of all complaints raised are filed in the complaints register. All complaints shall be recorded in the CAR form by the Programme manager together with the action taken to resolve the complaint.
The complaints procedure includes the following details:
. Student's name and contact
. Nature of complaint
. Manner in which complaint was resolved
. Time taken to resolve complaint
2.0 Information related to complaint resolution process
2.1 The Programme Manager shall ensure that the student is kept informed on all aspects of the complaints resolution process including the recording & acknowledging of the compliant and action taken.
3.0 Time Frame for complaint resolution
3.1 The Programme Manager shall ensure that all complaints are resolved in not more 21 days under any circumstances.
3.2 The Programme manager shall ensure that the date of receipt of complaints and date of resolution of complaints are entered in the CAR form.
4.0 Information related to CASE mediation
4.1 The Programme Manager shall inform students of CASE mediation channel should AdVance is unable to resolve the complaint amicably.

Privacy Policy
AdVance is committed to ensure the privacy and security of personal information of students.
All personal information collected will be used mainly for but not limited to internal business and administrative purposes which include billing, programme and service offerings, updating your records, notifying of upcoming events and customer service.
AdVance will restrict access to student information to authorized personnel and/or partner Universities and/or Colleges and external agencies on a need to know basis.
AdVance will disclose personal information to external parties in the following cases -
- Information and data sharing with Government agencies or statutory bodies or non-government agencies authorized to carry out specific Government services,
- When it is customary to release or publish information by educational Institutions, including but not limited to prizes, medals, scholarships, classes of honours and other marks of distinction, and student or graduation status;
- Release of information to partner universities as required;
Besides official and educational interest, AdVance will grant access of personal information only after seeking the consent of the student for such disclosure.
This Policy is subject to revision at the discretion of AdVance Supply Chain Training Center from time to time and is subject to any applicable law mandating or otherwise requiring disclosure.
