AdVance can provide total logistics services to customer in the form of 3rd party logistics (3PL) or selected service in the supply chain – purchasing and sourcing, inspection, quality and specification assurance, shipping, trucking, warehousing, documentation, inventory management, load tracking, packaging, training etc. It is in partnership with UDC Logistics, a Chinese 3PL company. In India, it has an agreement to work in association with SembLog (I). In Europe, it is in association with a number of local logistics companies. In Thailand, it works in association with HAVI group, the exclusive 3PL to MacDonalds.

The expertise of AdVance in the conceptualisation, development, implementation and management of Supply Chain means that it can develop specific solutions to suite the individual needs of customers. For example, the automotive industry is highly specialised – JIT delivery, vendor managed inventory, high volume and high variety, assembly line side supply, reverse logistics requirements, mass customisation processes etc., means that component suppliers do not have time to develop solutions when asked to bid for projects. Pharmaceutical Industry is another example where batch track and trace is a legal requirement thus making the logistics extremely complex and sensitive.
